2. Product features
  BZH-2.5-10 Plastic Glass Fiber Content Measurement Box-type Resistance Furnace adopts domestic advanced technology. Furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plate welded by folding edge, control box and furnace body as one structure. The appearance is beautiful, avoiding the cumbersome installation of customers. The inner lining is a rectangle integral lining made of high aluminum and silicon carbide refractory material. A spiral heating element made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminium alloy wire is wound and passed through the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left and right of the inner furnace lining. It can heat up and down,left and right. The furnace is a sealed structure, and the insulation layer is built between the furnace and the furnace shell with refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomite products. The overall design is reasonable, the service life is long, the left opening door and chimney smoke exhaust device are easy to operate. It has beautiful appearance, exquisite workmanship, strong and durable, and is not easy to deform.

 BZH-2.5-10 Plastic Glass Fiber Content Determination Box-type Resistance Furnace Belt Overtemperature Alarm Device adopts the overall design and humanized menu design, uses industrial PID self-tuning control technology, dual-screen high brightness wide window digital display. The display value is clear and intuitive. The microcomputer intelligent control has solved the disadvantages of temperature overshoot and so on, and the temperature control effect is excellent. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating output, and the temperature control is precise and stable. Overtemperature alarm and automatically cut off heating output. It has the function of starting the timer or starting the timer when the temperature is set.
