Basic structure and main function:

1. Main machine: the configuration of the cylinder under the main machine frame, this structure greatly reduces the height of the main machine, convenient transportation, installation, stable and reliable performance, test bench lifting by motor, chain, screw drive, to achieve the adjustment of stretching space, easy test operation;

2. Measurement and control system: composed of electro-hydraulic servo oil source, full digital PC servo controller, electro-hydraulic servo valve, pressure sensor, extensometer for measuring specimen deformation, photoelectric encoder for measuring displacement, PC measurement and control card for testing machine, printer, multifunctional test package, electrical control unit, etc.

3. Standard electro-hydraulic servo oil source:

1) Suitable for the load of fuel inlet throttle speed regulation system, the use of mature technology according to the standard modular unit design and production, specially for the use of electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine;

2) The selection of mature technology oil-motor, reliable quality, stable performance;

3) Adopt unique technology to develop and produce the load adaptive throttle speed regulating valve, the system pressure is stable, adaptive constant pressure difference flow regulation, no overflow energy consumption, easy to PID closed-loop control;

4) Pipeline system: pipelines, joints and their seals are selected with stable performance group kits to ensure reliable sealing of the hydraulic system and no leakage of oil failure;

4. Electrical control cabinet:

a. All the strong current components of the system are concentrated in the strong current control cabinet, to achieve the effective separation of the strong current unit and the weak current measurement and control unit, to ensure that the measurement and control system is not interfered with, long-term stable work;

b. Manual operation button is set on the electric control cabinet, including power switch, emergency stop and oil source pump start and stop;

5. Full digital PC servo control system:

a) The system is based on PC computer, full digital PID regulation, and equipped with PC plate servo amplifier, measurement and control software and data acquisition and processing software, which can realize closed-loop control of test force, sample deformation and piston displacement and smooth switching of control modes;

b) The system consists of three signal conditioning units (test force unit, cylinder piston displacement unit, specimen deformation unit), control signal generator unit, servo valve drive unit, servo oil source control unit, necessary I/O interface, software system, etc.

c) Closed-loop control loop of the system: the measurement sensor (pressure sensor, displacement sensor, deformation extender), servo valve, controller (each signal conditioning unit) and servo amplifier together form a number of closed-loop control loops to realize the closed-loop control function of the test force of the testing machine, the displacement of the cylinder piston and the deformation of the sample; It has a variety of control modes, such as equal rate test force, equal rate cylinder displacement and equal rate strain, and can realize smooth switching of control modes, so that the system has greater flexibility.

6. PC card servo amplifier for testing machine:

A. For the pluggable PC card board, the application of advanced computer bus control technology designed for the testing machine, with program-controlled analog amplifier, A/D conversion, digital acquisition channel, digital I/O, etc.;

b. The special measurement and control card and PC unit into a single card measurement and control system, can be directly connected with the sensor, measurement and control and data acquisition, so that the complex measurement and control and data acquisition system becomes simple and reliable;

c. The use of computer bus technology, directly inserted into the computer expansion slot, all digital circuit, zero adjustment, gain adjustment, etc. are realized by software, is the latest product unit of testing machine measurement and control technology development;

d. Gain programmable cascade amplifier, can get different gain magnification;
